OutfitsIdeas Cancellation, Refund and Termination Policy

Refund policy

Registration refunds will be granted if notification of cancellation is sent in writing to the EEEOC Congress Secretariat before 19 January 2024. After this date, refunds will not be possible. Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your Account and terminate the Terms of. Use Services at any time by contacting Shop OutfitsIdeas Support and then following the specific instructions indicated to you in Shop outfitsideas’s response.

 


Upon termination of the Services by either party for any reason:

Shoppegram will cease providing you with the Services and you will no longer be able to access your Account;

You will not be entitled to any refunds of any Fees, pro rate, Subscriptions Fees or otherwise;

Your Store website will be taken offline.

If at the date of termination of the Service, there are any outstanding Fees owing by you, you will receive one final invoice via email. Once that invoice has been paid in full, you will not be charged again.

You may ask for refund if you meet below exceptions only:

You make a refund request for the payment of your renewal plan.

You make the refund request within 14 days after the payment had been charged at your Credit/Debit card.

Please note that the refund amount will not be pay in full amount. The refund amount that you will receive is after the processing fee + tax had been deducted from the total amount. The refund process will take about 5-10 working days. If you have more questions regarding this, you can contact our OutfitsIdeas Support.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Shopping Service, the Terms of Service and/or your Account for any reason, without notice at any time. Termination of the Terms of Use Service shall be without prejudice to any rights or obligations which arose prior to the date of termination.

Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, OutfitsIdeas may suspend or terminate your Account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the use of the Services.

Why did my CashBack change?

You will see an adjustment in your account if a Store removes Outfitsideas's credit for purchase or partial amount of your purchase. This disqualifies your purchase or a partial amount of your purchase.

Reasons why you may see an adjustment to your order:

Your order was returned or canceled

Your order was changed with the Store directly (e.g. payment issues, updates, corrections, items added to your order, items exchanged, etc.).

The adjusted amount was a discounted amount or paid with rewards.

The adjusted amount was on an item that is not eligible. See the store's CashBack Terms for exclusions.

An error was made in the initial credit and a correction was processed to correct it.

Why don't I see CashBack for a purchase?

It may be too soon

Most purchases credit 7-10 business days of your order ship date.

 

You made a Travel purchase

Travel purchases are eligible for Cashback after travel has been completed, and may not appear in your account until 90 days from your completed travel date.

 

Your order does not qualify for Cash Back

Only qualified purchases that meet the requirements listed under "What purchases qualify for Cash Back?" are eligible.

The most common reasons purchases do not qualify are:

You visit an Affiliate Store site without clicking through Outfitsideas.com, a Tada email, or without activating Cash Back from the Outfitsideas.com Savings Button. This could include clicking through a search engine, blog, or any other site with a link to the Store.

Your click from Tada.com was not the last click to the Store's site before you made your purchase.

You type a new website address (URL) in the window opened after clicking through Tada.

You allow too much time to lapse between clicking on the Store's site and finalizing your purchase. Waiting more than an hour may disqualify your purchase.

You applied a coupon or discount (including vouchers from Groupon, Living Social, Google Offers, etc.) to your purchase that you did not get from Tada, or did not show a Cash Back offer. Where you get the coupon or discount is considered the source of the referral, even when you click through Shop At Home.

Your purchase did not meet the Cash Back Terms (listed on the Store's page on Outfitsideas.com).
